Timber & Co uses trusted local courier services for all deliveries within Singapore. We are happy to provide FREE doorstep delivery within Singapore for all orders.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days depending on product availability and order volume. As every piece is handcrafted with care, preparation time may vary slightly during peak periods.

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

• Incorrect shipping / delivery address provided
• Recipient is unavailable during delivery timing
• Unable to contact the sender or recipient for delivery arrangement

Your order may be returned to us. Redelivery charges of $20 may apply for the next delivery attempt.
